Even though, it was late summer, but we received an offer within three weeks. Ms. Nguyen was the most popular agent in the neighborhood. After that, Ms. Nguyen became our agent in purchasing this house. This process took almost two year, as we did not find the house in first summer. However, never in this long period, I felt any push from Ms. Nguyen to choose a house. It was really surprising to me. Some times, I felt bad for her. She was always available, as late as 10 pm.
